General Warranty Statement

The warranties provided by Mecer in this Statement of Warranty apply only to Machines you purchase for your use, and not for resale, from Mecer or your Mecer Dealer or Mecer Retailer.The term "Machine" means a Mecer machine, its features, conversions, upgrades, elements or accessories, or any combination of them. The term "Machine" does not include any software programs, whether preloaded with the Machine, installed subsequently or otherwise. Unless Mecer specifies otherwise, the warranties apply only in the country where you acquire the Machine.

The Mecer Warranty

Mecer warrants that each Machine 1) is free from defects in materials and workmanship and 2) conforms to the published specifications. The warranty period for a Machine is a specified, fixed period commencing on its Date of Installation. The date on your sales receipt is deemed as the Date of Installation.

During the warranty period Mecer or your Authorized Mecer Service Provider, will provide repair and exchange service for the Machine, without charge, under the type of service designated for the Machine. In the event that Mecer or the Mecer Authorized Service Provider is unable to repair the Machine, a replacement Machine of equivalent functionality may be provided. The replacement may not be new, but will be in good working order. For defective Machines returned within 30 days of Purchase, a new Machine will be provided.

The warranty does not cover the repair or exchange of a Machine resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you, or failure caused by a product for which Mecer is not responsible. The warranty is voided by removal or alteration of Machine or parts identification labels.

The warranty period for the Machine is as follows:

* Note: Batteries and LCD monitors only carry a one year parts and labour warranty

*3 Year warranty:Year 1 - parts and labour;Years 2 & 3 - parts only.
